Client: Kaufland
Year: 2018
Developed for Kaufland, one of Europe's largest retail companies, this food court concept was designed as a scalable solution that could be efficiently implemented across multiple markets, both locally and internationally. The challenge was to create a distinctive dining environment while maintaining flexibility, operational efficiency, and consistency with the brand's industrial identity.
The concept accommodates a variety of food, coffee, and dessert offerings within a cohesive and adaptable framework. Industrial elements are softened through the thoughtful integration of natural materials, greenery, warm lighting, and carefully selected color accents, creating an inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
Inspired by principles of holistic design and color psychology, the space was conceived to positively influence mood, comfort, and well-being. Every design element was intentionally selected to create an environment that encourages guests to relax, socialize, and enjoy their dining experience. The result is a contemporary food court that balances functionality, brand identity, and human-centered design while remaining adaptable to diverse locations and cultures.
