Alina Duculescu is an award-winning interior designer and the Founder and Principal Designer of Gull Interior Design, a Miami-based studio specializing in sophisticated residential and boutique commercial interiors.
With more than twelve years of experience, she is recognized for creating highly personalized spaces defined by timeless design, contemporary European sophistication, and understated luxury.
Originally from Romania, Alina's distinctive background in Bioengineering and Materials Science informs her thoughtful, detail-driven approach to design. Her understanding of materials, structure, and functionality provides a unique foundation for creating interiors that are as purposeful as they are beautiful. After completing specialized studies in Interior Design, she founded Gavia Concept in Bucharest before establishing Gull Interior Design in Miami, bringing a refined European perspective to the American luxury market.

Prior to relocating to the United States, Alina produced and presented an interior design segment on one of Romania's leading television programs, ANTENA 1, where she shared her expertise on design, architecture, lifestyle, and contemporary living with a national audience. This experience further strengthened her ability to translate complex design concepts into meaningful, accessible experiences.
Over the course of her career, Alina has worked on residential and commercial projects across multiple international markets, including the United States, Belgium, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates. Her portfolio includes projects in Miami, New York's Hamptons, Brussels, Dubai, and Switzerland, allowing her to develop a global perspective while remaining deeply attentive to the unique lifestyle, culture, and architectural context of each location.

Influenced by European architecture, Italian design, fashion, and global travel, Alina creates refined interiors layered with natural materials, bespoke millwork, architectural lighting, and carefully considered details that transcend trends and stand the test of time.
