Lakefront Residence Transformation
Designed to enhance both the property's value and everyday living experience, this lakefront residence
was completely reimagined through a refined and contemporary interior transformation. The design
embraces a sophisticated palette of warm neutrals, natural materials, and carefully curated finishes,
creating a timeless atmosphere that feels both elegant and inviting.

At the heart of the home, breathtaking lake views serve as the primary focal point, complemented by a
modern fireplace, a statement wine showcase, and a concealed bar seamlessly integrated within the
living area. Together, these elements create a space designed for both relaxation and entertaining,
balancing functionality with understated luxury.

The master suite underwent a complete transformation, maximizing storage while creating a true private
retreat. Positioned to capture uninterrupted views of the lake, a sculptural transparent bathtub
introduces a dramatic focal point and a memorable sense of luxury. Thoughtfully selected marble,
porcelain, and wood finishes add depth and sophistication throughout the space, while a custom designed
double vanity combines beauty and practicality.
